as of september first, i will reside in this country illegally. which, ironically, means i cannot leave. ugh. i HATE the ministry of the interior, which gave me an appointment for november. fucking november. to renew a visa. being here is so hard. i had a bit of a breakdown last night, but i still think this is the right place to be. as much as israel pretends to be something else, it is the middle east. and it is, to put it mildly, wacked. but zach is coming soon and all will be good. and only one month of ulpan left.
