Okay, here's my opinion as one of those non-religious people. This case doesn't appear to be about whether "the non-religious people are going to be offended." The complainant in the article is a Baptist preacher. This isn't about separation of church and state, it's one religion thinking that its adherents are being corrupted by another religion.
And guess what? You want to say a prayer before you take a test? Go ahead. There's no law stopping you. Now, if you're a teacher who wants to lead your class in prayer, then yeah, that's a state endorsement of a religion, and it is rightly prohibited.
That's my problem. It's just Yoga. I'm Christian, but I'm not gonna freak out every time someone from another faith talks to me. The super right-wing conservative Christians are ruining it for the rest of us.
