So, here is my question. How do I put a solid border around a pic. I did it once, but don't remember how. I have tried following the advise on the help page of Photoshop, but it still doesn't work. I get the flashing lines of the border, but can't fill in the colour. There is no rush to answer this but it is very frustrating and I may be missing something really obvious that you could help me with. Sorry to spam your LJ, just delete this once you have read it.

I'm afraid I'm going to be very useless, honey, because I'm using PaintShop, not Photoshop, and in this case it really doesn't seem the same. Danna could help you much more: she knows Photoshop very well now.
And really, you're not spamming at all! I just wish I could have helped you.
