I have some newbie questions. Do you start preparing everything when you get home from work and how long does it take to finish? I have a couple Rachel Ray cookbooks and I tried a 30-minute recipe out of one - I just did the main course and not the sides and it took well over 30 minutes. So it has discouraged me from trying any of her other meals.
