Last night, on our quest to cook at least 2 new dishes a week, I undertook the task of Japanese Style Pork. Overall, very yummy but I would make a few changes and I ran into a few problems

The Preparation

Wow! What an awesome looking meal! I bet it tasted great. I think it was cute how you put Andrew's rating in there. I had to laugh that he wanted more chocolate syrup.

I have some newbie questions. Do you start preparing everything when you get home from work and how long does it take to finish? I have a couple Rachel Ray cookbooks and I tried a 30-minute recipe out of one - I just did the main course and not the sides and it took well over 30 minutes. So it has discouraged me from trying any of her other meals.

Thanks! I think a lot of what makes it look so great is Andrew's photography. I have contracted all pictures out to him because I am TERRIBLE at taking pictures ( ... )
