Sorry that I have been absent but things have been crazy busy! Sadly, nothing that exciting has been filling up my days but they are still busy! I do have thoughts on  three exciting things to share though: Salad Spinners!, Lasagna Rolls, and Chicken Roulade.

I made a pact with myself (is it still a pact if it is only with me??) to eat a salad

We love our OXO salad spinner! One thing I did notice, is the organic salad from Costco keeps way longer than any bag salad from the grocery store. We left it in the plastic container for a long time and it was still good whereas the bag salad lasts a few days.
