Chuck and Becky are baaaaack. OMG I love how Kripke makes fun of his own fandom. I'm super excited for next week.
Tonight's episode was made of major win. The Brady Bunch, Grey's Anatomy, CSI: Miami, Knight Rider, Japanese game shows, and those genital herpes commercials. Even though I hate Loki (on IMDB they list him as The Trickster but I could have sworn they called him Loki one time) for what he did to Dean last time, I was dying laughing this whole episode. Well, until the last 10 minutes of course. Fucking angels. At least it wasn't Zachariah, the asshole asshat. (LOL reason #349875 why I love Dean XD)
Anyway, so I love how ALL of the lights in the parking lot behind Van Meter were off. Parking my car in complete darkness was fun.
Saturday needs to get here NOW. I'll be in New Hampshire at a book signing! Brandon Sanderson is the newest member of my top 5 authors list, and he's finishing The Wheel of Time, which I've read 10 of the now 12 books, so I'm wicked excited. Though of course I'm sad I never got to meet Robert Jordan himself.
Now Terry Brooks just needs to get his ass out here to the East Coast and I'll be happy forever. lol I kid. But seriously, come on man, show your East Coast fans some love.
And then the next weekend is Equine Affaire! I'll actually go to a clinic or two this time, since my official reason for going Friday counts for my internship hours at the barn.
Hopefully I'll get there in time to watch Karen Scholl's general training techniques seminar (traffic was a BITCH last year when I went on Friday afternoon, and I can't leave earlier this time because of my damn class registration appointment), but I'll definitely be watching Dr. Bill Ormston's seminar on using herbal remedies in training and other situations. Sunday I'm absolutely going to see one of the breed demonstrations, Lipizzans and Friesians in the same show *dies* haha. It'd also be cool to catch some of Carol Walker's talk about equine photography, but if I haven't had much chance to wander/browse/shop then I'll be doing that instead.
But of course all this awesomeness is during my week from hell. Damn, I thought I might get away with not having one this semester. I've got workshop response letters that I should be doing right now for tomorrow, an exam Monday and Tuesday, a midterm essay due Monday, and the application for next semester's fiction creative writing class, which I reeeeally want/need to get into, due next Sunday. This should be fun.
