I can check out the estimated availability of single menfolk at the After-Halloween party at Caedmons' on Sat.

Will you still be in town then? Have not seen you since March, and really would love it.

I know honey... I'm just not sure I'm ready to be at your house yet, to be honest.

The last time I was there was the New Year's party with Gretchen and I just think I'd spend the whole night crying. I don't want to do that.

So when Carolyn asked me to go with her to this party for her birthday... I agreed.

I don't want to hurt anyone ever. I love you all. I just haven't really been forced to be in places that I associate solely with Gretchen like everyone else has. In some ways it's made it easier for me... in some ways it's made it harder to go back to those places.
