I just got the package of gorgeous fishy fabrics faery - thank you so much!!! I can't wait to get started...this will give me the motivation to finish the stuffed animal that's stalled out and hogging up the sewing machine. Hooray!

We just got back from vacation...it was nice, we went with A and L, so even though a lot of our plans got rained out, we were able to play board games and such inside. Tomorrow one of my mom's friends is coming over with her grandkids for a farm tour. Should be interesting. I disbudded the goat kids without any human or gaot casualties, but I'm glad it's over. Just finished packing the eggs for tomorrow but I still have to make up the recipe flier before I go to sleep... we have edamame, kale, blackberries, arugala w/ nasturtiums, roma, grape, and slicing tomatoes, leeks, carrots, and lots of herbs for tomorrow. It should be a good day. :)

E took the next two days off and is in the midst of some very boy scout project involving fallen limbs to make a grape arbor...I was thinking more along the line of spending ten bucks on a few t-posts and some wire, but hey, at least he's getting it done - I'll keep my advice to myself ( Read more... )
