You need to give yourself more credit. You are smarter and more able than you imagine. I think you could do more with what you have now if you applied those smarts of yours to it. From what I see, you have let your situation win over you. You are better than that.

You're a wonderfull, talented kind person. "No matter where you go, there you are." Is the best bit of wisdom I can think of for you. Don't let your location or surroundings stop you from getting what you want and deserve.

You need to relax and stop trying to be Supermom/wife all the time. Give yourself a break - a real break - and take care of your *own* needs.
