aging hurts

for months & months i've been experiencing increased headaches (often migraines), neck & shoulder pain, & tingles & numbness down my arms.

after my recent physical therapy visit, it seems i have arthritis of the neck (cervical spondylosis).  this could be related to the head injury i sustained a few years back (bloody scene at Noir) or simply bad ( Read more... )

Ugh, I'm sorry you are in pain! My dad has some spinal issues, and he uses a traction device sometimes. He says it helps a lot.

i am scheduled for an mri in the near future so hopefully that will give a clearer picture of what's happening. i'm thankful i have fantastic insurance and that physical therapy (where traction takes place) is located where i work...they may even give me a device to keep at home which would be awesome since at some point i will switch jobs.

good to hear it helps your dad...this is new territory for me. yikes!
