Yesterday my internet went out so I sat down with my tarot cards and started working on character sketches and plot for my new writing project. I thought, hey! I will finally have a bit to post on LJ! But no. No actual story has made it onto the page yet.

I'm pretty much the same way in how I use my oracle cards. They don't tell the future, they just provide a way to look at situations from angles I might not have considered otherwise. :3 It's interesting how you use your cards to help you develop characters and plots. o.o

Mmmmm, I love her artwork. We bought a print of the Ace of Wands at Dragon*Con a couple years back. She is such a sweet lady!!

I can appreciate the artistic aspect of tarot cards. Can't say as I would ever use them for divination - the art sure can be beautiful though. :)
