Spring break came and went
Enchanted Rock was definitely one of the highlights
During our tent-time, Ali introduced us all to a new game - it was kind of like telephone. It starts out with someone drawing a picture, then passing it to the person on their right. That person then draws a story that tries to explain/describe the drawing. They then cover up the first picture and pass it to the person on their right - that person then draws a picture based on said story - without seeing the original picture. Finally, the third person covers up the first story along with the first picture and passes it on to the final person. That person then writes a story based on the second picture. (Ali described it a whole lot better - hopefully
the pictures will explain themselves.)
We also played spoons which rapidly turned into an intense contact sport.

I had my first derby practice today - I look like a Ninja Turtle with all that gear on. It's pretty spiffy.
My Cultural Anthropology teacher is kind of cute:
"And so they developed call-signals to warn each other. Like when a leopard was walking by, or when a snake was walking by, or when an eagle...snakes don't walk by do they."
Her definition of marriage:
"She's mine - don't mess with her, and vice-versa."
Other musings:
"People don't produce jack."
"Still smoking it...no, still spoken in, excuse me."
