home early on a thursday night.

had the day off today.  it was spectacular.
ended up sleeping over vins last night, so waking up today was actually enjoyable.
finished my book.  jenna was right.  amazing sex scenes...worth putting up with vampire fantasies.
did a decent job putting my clothes away and cleaning my room.  then i heard a crash. looked over and my closet looked like

well last year for my bday i got a hot tools one that i had ordered online which i LOVED. unfortunately, one of the plates stopped working a month ago (i had only had it for like 10 months) and it was no longer usable. so the other day i got a vidal sassoon "ceramic touch"...didnt think it would work but its amazing...heats up super quickly, has the different heat settings, and basically just makes me hair straight and soft and i love it. :o) haha it was only 30 bucks at linens n things...sorry for the novel, but i figured i would explain...hope it helps! <3

I hear ya!!
I had a Revlon one that I *loved* and had it for a good two years probably. And then one day it just stopped working and died.
So I bought a Vidal Sassoon one... It was ceramic and had an extra 'turbo' heat button. I got it in January... By May the plates had started to almost burn. I was afraid it was going to blow up on me, LOL. So I finally gave in and bought some ion one from Sallys.
SO hopefully I'll have good luck with this one!
