I had a snort when Sherlock asked why John fainted/got dizzy.

If I were John, I'd still be demanding or expecting more of an explanation from Sherlock.

Wonder who is going to get to Wo Fat (and Steve) first - Sherlock and John or Steve (and Five-0 and the SEAL team)...

I took John's fainting straight from ACD's 'The Empty House', where Sherlock had to administer brandy to Dr. Watson after his reappearance. Of course, 'our' John is made of sterner stuff and didn't quite pass out!

And yes, Sherlock still has a lot of explaining to do - and a lot of making it up to John, too!

As for who gets to Wo Fat (and Steve) first - well, we shall see!
