Awww, *hugs you*. I think I understand the whole want to scream or cry, but not doing it, due to guilt. It does make sense.

I haven't been in your situation, or anything like it. But still, I feel I can somewhat understand. And no matter how much you love your grandmother and want to help her, it doesn't mean that taking care of her is going to be easy.

Sometimes it's nice to have a place where you can just kick back, relax... Just have some peace and quiet. No responsibilities or anything what so ever.

But as long as you do your best, that's enough. Keep going, girl. It's not like I know you that much, but you seem like a really sincere, sweet and fun. Me like you =)

Things are good but Leo(brother nickname) is being annyoning and what not. But thay havent found her yet shes probly in Londone with that gay ass boy friend of hers. Kat or Dat or something like that. But you shouldnt woiry about me right now you have your own problums but thanks anyways.
