I just bought my first pair of size eight jeans last Friday. I have not taken them off all weekend because I'm nervous that they'll stop fitting and I'll get too fat for them and it would have all been a nasty April fools hoax (on myself...). And yes, Cosmo is to blame, no matter how many times they put in the "Crash dieting is bad" articles, they still have the airbrushe/skin and bones models *sighs*

don't you hate that! my 6ft skinny as all hell boss (who used to be a model) started crying on friday because she no longer fit into a size XS in minkpink, a label we carry. All day it was 'i swear they've made their fits smaller', 'I just COULDN'T have put on weight' then scoffed maccas for lunch followed by an hour long whine session. I was ready to knock her on the head with the pricing scanner (if i could reach)

yeah, because i'd so rather be an 'interesting face' model then a catwalk one. I can't believe you still remember that! And happy belated birthday! I'm so sorry I forgot! I guess I only focussed on Nells drunken party in the city and by the time I remembered I was neither coherent nor dextrous enough to type anything.
