Hey everyone Im back. I had a break from going overbaord thinking about weight loss and moving and everything. And since then (in May?) I have only lost about 4 or 5 pounds, which go up and down. So Id like to join up again and start doing the challenges again. Here are my stats again
SW in January: 197
CW: 176-178 (as of last Wed.)

Im 5'7ish and have a medium frame. I look healthy enough to pass off as not fat, but you all know how it is when you see yourself and the number on the scale.
The main reason I have to lose weight is because I am so frustrated at the way I look and the run-down way I tend to feel. I want to look and feel good, I want to be able to go shopping and be able to grab my size, rather than ask if they carry it. I feel more attractive and more healthy the more I lose, and I like that feeling of accomplishing something I have set out to do.
I am trying to add fruit to my daily diet. I tend not to get any fruit or veggies in my diet, and so I've asked my family to buy a little extra fruit at the grocery store so I can take it with me and have fruit instead of being tempted to eat pizza at work.
Also, since I have been home over the summer, I have slowly been learning taekwando and I would like to take my level of challenging myself with it up a notch. Id like to break a sweat every day when I practice, as well as perfect all of my techniques and forms.
Oh, and I created a fitness journal in addition to this name because I dont want to bore my lj friends who read "espresoadiction". The new LJ is "butimtrying". Feel free to add me if you like, I will continue to post here as espresoadiction.
