First of all, I just have to apologize for being absent for the last couple challenges. I've been having some difficulties lately with staying on track, and took a "break" for a while.

Lately I've been discontent with the way things are going. My weight fluctuates between 127 and 130 and I usually wear a size 6 or 8. I am very close to goal (120 lbs), but have been here for months. This is a dramatic improvement from my original 180 lbs and size 16-14 when I started over a year ago.

So now I'm finding that I have days when I'm happy with my body, and I have days when I still want to lose 10-15 lbs. I'm much healthier than I used to be, and I know that a size 6/8 is nothing to sneeze at.

So lately I've just been trying to maintain healthy habits. I still log my food because I find that it gives me a sense of control... but I don't restrict like I used to. And as some of you know, I recently got my navel pierced, so I held off on exercise for a while because of that.

So... as for the challenge questions. Well, I certainly want to get back into a regular exercise schedule. I want to try to lose these last 7-10 lbs. My reasons? Well, a lot of it has to do with the fact that I want to reach my original goal. But above all, I just want to be as healthy as I can be, while still maintaining a comfortable lifestyle that works for me. And now that summer is here, I want to be as comfortable in my bikini as possible!

I've been trying to eat well, and I'm going to start my weekly menu-planning again. That is the what works the best for me. And this week I am going to start my weight training again. I took a long hiatus, and I miss it!

So here I go!
