1. Recommend a vegetable that you like.
I'm absolutely in love with Radiccio for eating raw and with Zucchini+Carrots for cooking them! I eat that alot! Yum!
2. Recommend a fruit that you like.
Melons are great! Lots of water, low in calories. I'm also addicted to apples. I have to haev some in the house, or I go insane!
3. Recommend a healthy lunch food.
Any kind of Lowfat Soup! I often have those for lunch! I can't recommend a specific one, because I only know the German ones, but I'm sure you'll find a nice one :)
4. What are your favorite workout clothes?
Red shorts and my white tank top! I sort of even feel sexy in them! xD
5. What kind of sneakers/shoes do you wear when you work out? Do you like them? Would you recommend them?
I think they're Reebok gymnastics shoes, as I mostly do Aerobics! I like them but they're really old, so I'm sure there are better ones to buy now. For running I have (also really old) sneaker from Nike. Again, there would be much better ones know but I have no money to buy new ones :)
6. a. Gym users: What is your favorite gym workout?
I like going to our Step Aerobics Course a lot! It's always fun and I feel so self-satisfied afterwards!
7. Can you recommend a workout DVD/video?
I always used to do that T-Bo Video thing, but I can't remember who was the instructor! It was really nice, but of course the real thing in the gym is better!

9. List 3 tips that you give people who want to lose weight.
- Drink alot of water, even if you're not really thirsty. It will take some time getting used to it, but it really helps!
- Don't absolutely restrict yourself from certain foods. It will only make you want it more and then one day you'll give in and eat LOADS. Better treat yourself once in a while!
- Work out! You won't lose much without working out, it's essential! Don't tell yourself you don't have time, everyone has at least 30 mins of spare time and it will help you tremendously on your journey!
10. Do you have a mantra (something that you repeat to yourself) that aids you in your weight loss journey? If so, would you mind sharing it?
I always tell myself that I just cannot give up. I'm on the verge of giving up a lot lately, so it's important for me to always tell myself that I can do it! And I will do it!
