Hello everyone :) Hope your day has gone well. Today I went for a half hour fast run in the trails and spent a half hour lifting in the gym. It felt so good...I know that even though I feel insecure about myself sometimes, and desire to return to my old weight...I love myself. What a great workout!!!

Unfortunately, I got hit with a nasty cold this week. It has kept me down for the last three days.

I am hoping to get back in for a spin class tomorrow--that will depend on my son, though....and he had a mild fever this afternoon.

Darnit for being sick....I hate it when that happens. :(

I know what you mean! I had pneumonia in March and April...and I wasn't allowed to run or anything. I felt so out of it not being able to do anything...but I had my friends and family remind me that the most important thing to focus on was getting WELL....then easing back into things. I started with walking, then "trotting," and now I'm running again :) so you'll be well soon! I hope your son feels better soon too!
