a bad run?
I almost had a bad run yesterday. I have recently increased my running to four days a week. I take yoga on Thursday night. Friday's run was hard. The phone app I use was not performing well and was not well suited to the task at hand. I was tired, I was frustrated and annoyed.

Running in the Dark
After a very full day (and very little sleep in the night) yesterday I grabbed the doggie and went for a run. At 8 PM. Five to six miles on the trails. About 2 miles in I realized that the light was fading fast. We turned around at 2.3 miles and started pushing for home. It was supposed to be a long slow run. It was the correct distance. Blog the First - Running is happening, lots of running. I am planning on racing the Dick Houston Memorial Woodminster Cross Country Race on June 22. It is 9 extremely hilly miles and I'm very excited about it.

A Month of Pippin
This morning, as I was feeding Pippin, I asked Jon what time it was. It was 2:30 AM. Pip was four weeks and thirty five minutes old. Every day brings a new baby. As of today she is technically no longer a newborn, she has graduated to infant status. Good job Pip ( Read more... )
