Only the real stuff, which is illegal to buy outside of mainland Europe because it's a hallucinogen. Besides this was absinthe chocolate, which does taste pretty accurate (although I still think absinthe just taste like stronger sambuca)

Yes, that would be why sambuca is the safe alternative to absinthe.
