never ending cold

I've felt okay for the past few days, but there's a bunch of mucus that WON'T GO AWAY. I just got some Alka-Seltzer Plus that's supposed to help loosen it up and get it outta here, but it tasted so nasty and I almost threw it up. Ew. I'm sick of this shit

Better. Still really tired but my throat hurts less than it did. :)

I know! I can not believe there is no way to at least ease the cold. It is a virus, I mean they made Tamiflu for the flu. Isn't there something for the cold?

oh god I miss Trader Joe's so much. now I'm in a small town, miles and miles from the nearest one, and I envy you!

We just had one open up nearby a few months ago - it's great! The staff is so friendly (I wish my office would hire their calibur of people hahaha) and the products are great. Well, except the sushi. For some reason I don't dig it as much as other places.... But yeah, I'm glad they're finally around.

I hope things are looking up at your place. Stupid plumbing! ((((Hugs))))

Trader Joe's is great, and they are friendly people! it must be a requirement for hiring to be really nice and down to earth. I didn't see sushi at my Trader Joe's - I wouldn't trust any sushi from a grocery store, unless it's a Japanese grocer.

oh thanks so much - the plumbing issues seem to be finally fixed, but we still need new floors, and a new dryer. it's always something!
and today we had a minor flood in the basement due to rain! yikes!
