Oh but. There's a horse? Clara has never actually been on a horse. Oh yes every once in awhile there is something she hasn't done and exceeded at. It does happen.Although in her typical skirt-that's-a-bit-too-tight, she sort of wonders about the logistics. Hmm.
But she's getting ahead of herself, like usual. Reynard is looking vastly improved, and she gives a wave as she gets closer. "I don't think I've ever been this far outside the city!" It's true. She's always been a city girl at heart, though given her love of Robin Hood, she does quite like the idea of the countryside. Once she reaches him, she stands on her tiptoes to kiss his cheek. "Hello, Mr. North."

He smiles at her a second longer and then looks around. "It's lovely, isn't it? Once Winter is over, I'm not very good in the city. I know plenty of beautiful spots. I thought we'd go to one, spend some time together."
Then his gaze turns downward to her skirt and he rubs the back of his head as he looks to the horse. "I probably should have given you a bit of warning."

She bites her lip and looks from the horse to Reynard. "Don't ladies ride side sadle? Or, do you do some sort of gentlemanly carrying thing?" She looks a touch sheepish. "I'm afraid I've got zero experience when it comes to horses. For once I can't be remotely impressive."

With the horse in place, he takes Clara by the waist and lifts her up onto the saddle. He smiles up at her, standing by to make sure she doesn't fall off. "There. You look very impressive to me."
