When it wraps at the end of April, I anticipate she will be given a more prominent (and better paying!) role in the next production. Everything about this is fine, though we'd like for Irene to stay at minimum wage for now, at least for a start. Normally we'd request she wait two more months so as to have the usual minimum of three months in-game, but considering the type of job she's applying for (something based more on auditions and immediate ability rather than an extensive resume), we're fine making this exception. Given her talent, however, we don't anticipate she'll have any problems earning a raise by the end of the month. :3
