Dear Karen,
Tomorrow morning I will be taking to the post office a package with 3 large deli containers of homemade coconut chocolate chip brown rice flour cookies made with loving thoughts for you. It has a letter in it, too. I will even pay the additional postage to make sure they get to you before they go stale.

I got FOUR packages today!I walked back to my room (from the mail room) with my huge grin half-way covered underneath the stack of parcels! :) I'm eating home made allergy-free cookies... mmm..
