June catch-up

Had a wonderful time in Alaska last month.  My longtime friend Jennise, her family, and I took a one-week cruise from Anchorage to Vancouver. I then stayed in Vancouver four extra days to do some sightseeing

Not bad, actually. I wore insect repellent on the hike to the glacier, and got a couple of bites but I think it was still early enough in the year to avoid the huge clouds of flying mozzies.

i was only in seattle when i got a mosquito bite and my whole hand swelled up (never was like that here). glad you weren't eaten alive. lol they're vicious in the north west.
