that was awesome! perfect! i loved EVERY word. seriously! i especially loved the flashbacks - the thanksgiving and the 'stop! in the name of love' moment in derek's trailer. nice touch! and great writing, as always!

looking forward to when derek goes back to his room! i'm hoping for bright and shiny reunion! lol

You have managed to pull me into the heart of this story. I think this chapter is my favorite thus far. Okay, so I know that goes against everything that you believe in, however the character development was spectacular. I am completely sold on Meredith's change of heart. And you managed to remain true to the underlying sense of desperation that seems to motivate all of her choices, both positive and negative. I am left longing, yes actually longing, for the next chapter. Not only am I interested in Derek's reaction to her sudden change of heart, I am also quite curious to see how Meredith chooses to express her newfound realizations to him. Thanks for sharing.

I can't wait until he gets back to his room and finds her there. They both so clearly love each other and now she's making the effort to show him just how much. I loved hearing her inner struggles and her ultimate decision to go to him. I hope that by the time they go back to Seattle, they have everything worked out. Loved this chapter - I cannot wait for the next one.

I can't wait to see Derek's reaction when he returns to his room to find a sleeping Meredith! =) You're doing a wonderful job so far!

Oh my goodness, I love this story more with each chapter!

I LOVED the insights you provided from both Meredith and Derek, they made me fall more in love with them as a couple (if that's possible).

I was literally holding my breath as Mer was trying to track Derek down....And then she finally gets to his room and has to wait. My mind has about a thousand different senarios flashing through it as to how the next chapter will go....Some of them I love, some of them make me cringe.

Crossing my fingers and trying to wait patiently for your next update. :) Fabulous chapter! :D
