C, D, and (therefore) E.

Lakeside Cemetary next to volunteer park is quite lovely (and I have relatives buried there somewhere so if need be we can take a weekend ahead of time and scout out for them to have our tea party THERE).

And there are oceans of lovely parks for tea parties in Seattle. I like Carkeek, personally, but part of that is location. ;)

the issue with parks if that summer means picnics and BBQs in the parks all over, so finding a nice place to have a tea party that will not be overrun by hundreds of dirty screaming ill-mannered children is difficult.

C or D would be lovely, though unless it is a rather disused internment venue we might get VERY odd looks from those visiting. As for locales, I've got no suggestions sadly.

I am all about D. Sean suggested my favorite little-used dead person spot, but I could also go for Lakeview. I even have a book that covers the history of Lakeside that I could bring.
