Those buttons -- they are round and soft and when you click them, they pop up. It's like you can rub the edges of the circles with your cursor, and then, with the smallest little click, they fill in: a circle, with another circle inside. Almost like a strange, misshapen nipple...

And, yes, I think you should totally go for it.
