i make the best chai latte you will ever drink. i brew it strong in a little bit of water, then strain it into a milk jug with honey, froth it on the coffee machine and sprinkle cinnamon on top. in melbourne, people came to my cafe just for my chai's.
i had the place i work now purely because they have that nasty powdered shit. it's so fucking rank.
i'm not that into the T2 chai... the choc-chip chai has too many cloves, and i thought their regular chai was a bit insipid. but i like to make my own with an insane amount of spice, so maybe i just have different standards.
