Well it looks like today is the day. I am 13 weeks pregnant today and I no longer have any pants that I can button. I only have one pair of dress slacks that I can even zip up. I can at least zip up and wear my jeans because they are low rise but I can't button them either. It looks like I will be going shopping for pants today because it is

Use a rubber band to button your jeans. It works like and extender. Kelly showed me that trick after I started wearing jeans again because I couldn't stand anything remotely snug to start with. It works great!!

Yep, that is what I have been doing to. It does work great. I can't remember who told me to start doing that though because I wouldn't have come up with it on my own.

I can't believe it either, this is the last week of the 1st trimester. I told Scott today that before all the being sick and sleepy just made me feel sick and sleepy. Actually seeing my belly getting bigger is making me feel pregnant. It is kinda neat.

I can see the headlines now. Pregnant woman arrested today because she can't fit in pants.

When you get some pants (which I highly recommend wearing to work because there are alot of perverts in the building) try the ones with the band at the top. I thought that they were really comfortable. The pants with that big ol panel felt like they were up around my ears till I was really big.

Your getting ready to start into the best part of being pregnant, the second trimester. Your not huge, but you can definitely tell something is going on in there, plus in about 6 or 7 weeks it starts to move. Hang on its super creepy!! This is the only time your belly is "cute". Towards the end you feel kind of like a beached whale!! LOL

LOL.......you are the first person to answer a question that I was afraid to ask. Everyone says how wonderful it is to feel the baby move for the first time but I keep thinking Wow, that is just going to be weird. I mean to be honest, this whole process just flips me out. Then when I realized what the amniotic fluid is mostly made up of by the time the baby is born.....well isn't that just lovely. I honestly don't know where I thought that went, I guess I just never thought about it.

The ones with the bands do look comfortable. I haven't tried any of those on yet but I will give those a try this weekend when I go shopping. I think I will be happier in about a month because right now I feel like people are just going to look at me and say "Wow, she really let herself go after she got married". But I know you are right, by 8 months or so it will be June and I will probably want to just lay around without any clothes on, and of course no one there to see me. =)

Don't worry about what people think, they will figure it out eventually!!

When you go shopping try Target they have a lot of stuff on the sale rack and most of the stuff is stylish, not tent-like. :)

LOL.......yep, you must have missed that one. I am due July 24th. I actually knew at MidOhio Con but I wasn't telling people yet. I wanted to wait at least a month into it in case something went wrong. But thank you. I am pretty excited about it.

I really really really hope this is Mannings year. The boy deserves it. IMHO he is the best QB in the league and he deserves to get to the big game at least once, even if he doesn't win it. I mean it isn't his fault that the Colt's defense sucks.

I agree with you he does deserve it.. I am pulling for a Saints and Colts matchup. But Brady is so tough to knock out of the playoffs. 14 and 1 now.
