Well, my boss, who most people don't care much for because she has no people skills, is leaving at the end of the month.  That leaves me and 4 others leaderless.  I have serious mixed feelings about it.  She is really good at what she does and that means I am going to have to start figuring out things on my own =).  But at the same time, it means
