It is like pulling teeth though. The red tape is horrible. Then what makes it worse is that it takes 2 months to hire someone, by then there is a good chance that the person you want already took another job. It sucks. One of the guys we want to hire works in the building doing tech work though so we know he isn't going anywhere but the other guy, who knows. We are hiring on the mainframe programming side too and I heard today that they had a really really goodlooking guy interview this week and I freaking missed it. I wasn't here when he intervied. It figures.

In other news, how freaking hard is it to get someone to come and put gutters on my garage!!!!!
