Dreamwater I Hate You

 I logged into my dreamwater account (where I keep my website, as it expires within 30 days if I don't) and it showed a corrupt page, so I went back out and logged in again. Despite the fact that I'm using the same password and it is definitely correct, it's bringing up the message "invalid password". I've been trying all night to get it to work. I

I was hoping it might be a temporary glitch and it would let me in today, unfortunately it hasn't. All I can do is hope it'll sort itself out before it starts deleting my website.

Oh dear I'm sorry to hear that. Is there any contact for customer services?

I don't think there is a customer services link. I doubt if I'd be able to do anything anyway as if I haven't put updated my e-mail address any correspondence would be going there. I checked out my other web host and I seem to have the correct e-mail address in it, so I don't know why I haven't done the same in that dreamwater.

I actually have my index page in homestead so I should still have that, but the majority of my stuff is in dreamwater. I went around before saving everything in case I do have to start again. At least that way it should be easier to replicate.

Oh my, that does suck bad. :( I do hope it'll work out ok somehow. Perhaps only a temporary glitch?

I hoped it was a glitch but this is the second day now, so who knows. I will still have my index page as I have my site spread over two different hosts. Unfortunately the bulk of my stuff is in the other one. I've just gone around saving all my pages so hopefully I should be able to replicate stuff once I find another host.
