There's not much to pull from the series about their families other than what you mentioned. Ironically, Waverly's family seems mentioned the most. He also had his niece Alice, who Illya took a shine to.
I think Napoleon mentions Illya's mother once in passing, something about remembering to thank her for something or other, but I can't remember which episode. It was inside HQ and Illya wasn't surprised or acted strangely when Solo said it, so I took that to mean Illya's mother was still with us.

That was from Bow wow wasn't it? If I remember rightly we see Waverly's cousin, whose also played by Leo G Carrol, but with a moustache.

Hmm, I wonder where that was from. I don't recall seeing anything like that.

In Children's Day when Mother Fear is asking all those questions about Illya's mum, Illya says something (I can't quite remember what it was), but it was like "he had no guilt for her to pray upon", which I took to mean she'd died. Also, the way Illya seems so uncomfortable at times around women, I took it to mean that he possibly hadn't had much contact with women while he was growing up.
I seriously remember hearing Napoleon say, "Remind me to thank your mother for that." I will have to go hunting.
Yup, Alice and Waverly's cousin was from 'Bow Wow' and then we got to meet his brother-in-law during "Mad Mad" (along with finding out about the hidden entrance in Waverly's office).
Don't mean to intrude, but I was just clicking around LJ and saw this post. Waverly does indeed have (or had) at least one child, because in "Batcave" he shows the annoying Miss Clemency a photo of his grandson, Melvin.
Illya quotes his grandmother's wisdom once, in the sauna scene in "Off Broadway". He does come up with that crack about "wouldn't want my sister to marry one", but I didn't think that was meant to actually indicate he had a sister. It's a common-enough saying where I come from. He also mentions his parents in New Jersey in "Cherry Blossom", but he was posing as an American tourist, so I always figured the line as part of his cover story. I can't think of any other references to his family.
I think you've mentioned every instance where we hear any reference to Napoleon's family.
LOL - I just realized I forgot to check the date on this post and see it's nearly a year old. Well, heh, I reckon you're well up on this info by now! *g*

I didn't actually get anymore info than is shown in the post, but I've forgotten what the story was I was writing which required the info anyway.
Nice to meet you anyway.
