Going to the Movies, Old-Style

Had a great movie-going experience last night. There's a restored old theatre near us that shows "classic" films on the big screen, complete with a live organist for entertainment before/between shows. Last night they had a double dose of Audrey Hepburn, whom I love: Charade and Wait Until Dark, neither of which I'd seen in their entirety before.

Wait Until Dark

I remember that I hugely enjoyed "Wait Until Dark" when my high school put on a performance in my sophomore year. I can even picture the lead actress -- and remember who she was, although she was a senior and no one I had ever met. She was phenomenal in the role. And I do vaguely remember a moment of shrieking terror...

Funny thing is, I can't remember the plot at all. Guess I'll have to check it out!
