Well, it kinda looks like a standard letter to be honest. And the bit about speeding, doesn't really accuse you of speeding, it just says "excessive in the circumstances", which is kinda true as anything above 0mph was probably a bit much on that occassion - hence the collision.

Don't let it worry you too much, leave it to the Insurance companies, that's what they're there for.

maybe, though when you assume someone is turning off before they reach you moving off is pretty standard - b¨t I guess you are right.

To be honest it's just that I've never had to deal with anything liek this before and the whole thing leaves me with palpitations - so thank goodness for the insurance company, though I do feel as if someone else is managing my life for me at the moment and it's totally uncomfortable knowing that everything is out of my control.
