For me it's hard to choose, because Sharon always had great (and good-looking) co-stars.
Probably Tony Scotti, with Martin and Hemmings very close behind.

Although I'm partial to VOD, my favorite was probably David Hemmings. They made a great pair in Eye of the Devil.
