...My mother's favorite flower is the carnation. I ordered her a bouquet in advance, just a day before this happened... I'm so thankful now that I decided to do so... They were butter yellow and soft pink, with purple daisies in between.

(( Yeah, so, Hazuki just hit her period and is getting quite emotional, and thus slightly chatty... XD ))

I'm close to my mother... It's overwhelming, how much something like that means now. It's... Bittersweet, but more bitter...

Bittersweet how?

Well... One can't imagine what my mother must be thinking. It probably looks like I've disappeared. She must be so worried, and I'm worried that she's worried... But, those flowers, they will let her know that I love her. I hope it can comfort her, if just a little... It's so terribly sad, but just one little thing makes it a little better.

...well, how good for you.

...I suppose that was thoughtless of me. I didn't mean to bring up any painful feelings.

Who said anything about bringing up painful feelings?

...Well if I didn't do as much, then there's nothing for me to worry over now. *calmly crosses her arms*

You...seem strangely talkative now.

It's... Not common. But, crowded amoung so many people, there's much more to answer to, as well.

Am I to believe you cared very much about your mother?

I care. She is alive, and to my knowledge, healthy. I just worry what she will think, with me gone.

You must miss your mother very much.

Yes... But more, I'm worried what she must be thinking. It's a dangerous world. Her mind must be full of terrible ideas about my whereabouts and my condition.

Its a mother's job to worry. I'm sure that she is very worried, but it may be better that she's there instead of here.

Yes... But, without me, she is alone. Our home is a big one, it can get lonely.
