i guess he's got a 3+ ward save cause the sunlight can't bother him, and he's looking like a level 10 wizard. 8 attacks since his fangs are combat oriented and located on the bottom jaw. 2304986 points. takes up a lords choice and a hero choice. needs opponents permission to use.

Count Rakula can be used in ANY vampire counts army because he is Homeless (See page 82 of the Warhammer Rulebook)
