I remember marveling when you were coming off the oxycontin at how good you were at keeping it separate from your mood and outlook. I'd thought it would be harder to support someone who was kicking a drug dependency than it turned out to be. You still got withdrawal symptoms, but you didn't take them out on me.

It's really interesting that opioids can be found in so many foods, not just gluten. Do you think your body is able to become better at managing them after you've been off those foods for a while? I know there are types of addictions where it's slower or faster to build up a tolerance to the substance, but I don't know how it's measured or what it means on a chemical level.

Ah. Soy milk. I'm addicted. Now I know. It's not the tea, it's the soy milk in it! :-P
