Almost 4 Months

I started this "diet" thing almost 4 months ago (4 months on the 17th). I think I have done pretty good. Typically you should lose 2lbs a week, so in 4 months there are 16 weeks so 32lbs would be what the experts call "healthy". SO I lost 35lbs as of today so I guess I am right on track. What's a cleanse diet? I'm going to guess not eating at all? Or just some specific things?

It's a lemon juice, maple syrup,cayen pepper mix and thats all you drink. Occationally you have some sort of salt and water mix to make you shit. I would def. avoid that. Sounds kinda sick I know.

Did you read my journal?
I done the master cleanse recently, and while I lost 4 kilos in 3 days, I wouldn't do it again. I was really sick and had very low electrolyte levels which can cause heart problems/death.
I am hardly toxic as I don't eat shit food, do drugs, smoke or drink so I have no idea why it did that to me...
So beware of it, and the salt water flush is gross!!

Ya I did read your journal, and I actually took your situation into account. I really only plan to do it for a couple of days, just to say I did it. I assume after you start eating again you would gain like 50% of the weight back...
But you do have a point, I'm not eating toxic foods anymore (except for the ocational vodka tonic) so I suppose there is really no reason for me to do it ... other than to just try it.
