I started this "diet" thing almost 4 months ago (4 months on the 17th). I think I have done pretty good. Typically you should lose 2lbs a week, so in 4 months there are 16 weeks so 32lbs would be what the experts call "healthy". SO I lost 35lbs as of today so I guess I am right on track. I done the master cleanse recently, and while I lost 4 kilos in 3 days, I wouldn't do it again. I was really sick and had very low electrolyte levels which can cause heart problems/death.
I am hardly toxic as I don't eat shit food, do drugs, smoke or drink so I have no idea why it did that to me...
So beware of it, and the salt water flush is gross!!

But you do have a point, I'm not eating toxic foods anymore (except for the ocational vodka tonic) so I suppose there is really no reason for me to do it ... other than to just try it.
