let me restate the overly stated obvious. traffic in LA is always some forty-five minute, 5 mph, smog congested drive somewhere five miles away. specially in the morning on the 110 south. and it doesn't help any more that all these fine drivers woke up at the crack of dawn usually on the wrong side. i hate the ones that don't let you change lanes,
