This update is for Jeff, who thought i had died or something because, as i see now, my last update was ranting some nonsense about jude law AND john kerry at once. these things are pretty interesting to look at after all, i guess, when you stop checking them every 5 minutes or less ( Read more... )

I think it weirds me out more that your parents smoke pot. I think I'd be more comfortable with them being 'normal' parents...or like my dad, who wishes me luck in getting laid when I go out on a date.

yeah my parents used to tell me i was a loser in high school for not going to parties every weekend... and they thought i was gay because i didn't have a boyfriend... tha'ts kind of close.

parents don't realize the damage they do to us. poor parents. that's why i dont' want to be one. :)

you're alive! good god. i'm glad to hear some peep out of you and to hear that you're doing (relatively) well.

we're living near parallel existences at this point. except i live with my sister, and have a much less regular gig funding my (not-so) rock and roll lifestyle. i've tried to avoid going back to orlando too much, force myself to put down roots in my new community and what not, but i can't help popping up at crush or a random party every month or two. i have a feeling most of my 'friends' here would disappear in an instant if me and my girlfriend broke up.

things after graduation never quite work out how you expect, huh? anyway, if you're ever near tampa send me an e-mail; i'd love to get lunch with you sometime.

oh, and when i read that james in finishing school orlando bit, i thought at first of finishing schools and imagined james in blazer and striped tie being taught about salad forks and the art of genteel discourse with ladyfolk. i don't know.

haha i think he NEEDS finishing school! but i'm sure i do too the way i burp and sit with my feet up on chairs and stuff... he did cut his hair though! he looks hott. it was too long and gross.

but anyway, james actually was kind of offered a job in tampa for this lady who wants to start up a tv station. so that could be awesome, i'm really hoping it pans out and she makes him a good offer. i'm scared about moving to ohio like we're supposed to. too far away from mommy! haha

i'm so excited you wrote a substantial response to my post! i'm glad you're doing well, i think about you every once in a while and how you kind of disappeared the same way i did now that i think about it.

good to hear from you peter, we will definitely do lunch. :)
