Annversary (non-romantic)

Today marks 12 months at AGL as a marketing professional. 2 awards, a nice bonus and a very decent pay rise later and all is right with my professional world. Don't think I want to be in marketing forever, thinking of trying to get into mergers and acquisitions or something similar down the track, but right now career wise all is pretty awesome.

That also means that it is 12 months free of the dark dark looming evil that is Telstra. 365 days of not being oppressed by the constant apathetic half-assed 'people' management. 1 entire lap of the sun in which that blazing orb of warmth and light was not blocked from you by the dank forbidding walls of a Telstra building.

Congrats! Freedom! and all without requiring tunnelling out of there with a teaspoon :)
