At the risk of sounding happy-go-anarchy; school is what they do with us all day so that we "learn" to sit down, shut up and learn to work all day. That's mostly it. Everything else just so happens to be stuff the government mandates so that we will hopefully become more close-minded and conventional than we would otherwise be. Rocky Hill sucks. It's a small town and everyone has "Rocky Hill pride." GO TERRIERS. Please...I kick terriers in the face. I've been finding all of that "Rock-town what?" stuff particularly annoying as of late. The thing is...a small town breeds that attitude within people.

To conclude my long comment - go find your own life. I think that's what you need. I'm sure you'll love it and you'll flourish on your own. Good luck on your summer escape. Best of luck on finding what you want.
