i have to say, there is a guy in my life who is an honest man. i get to work with him a lot of nights and he's just really encouraging. he tells things like it is, no matter how hard it may be to hear. he's one of the truest, most real people i've ever known

i think you and i are similar in the respect that we have such a hard time coming to grip with friends and people we care about being shitty to us.

we have an enormously difficult time accepting the not-so-pleasant sides of others as things that 1) we can't change and 2) aren't our fault in any way.

whenever friends or ex's are mean to mean it's just.... bewildering. we pour so much love into all our relationships and then when the other person isn't nice to us, we just can't understand how or why.

it sucks.

but i'm glad you have this guy, those sorts of people are very refreshing. :)
