Lucy, in a nutshell, hates Handy. For myriad reasons, but the big one is he's the Doctor. He also kinda is the reason her affair with MJ!Ten was discovered, so there's added bitterness, but when it comes down to it, he's the Doctor, and so he is hated
( ... )
For Lucy, MJ!Ten is ... well, he's a lot of things. He's her one-time lover, her greatest enemy and a man she doesn't understand. He confuses her because she should hate him -- tells herself she hates him -- but she can't shake the feeling he offers her something she didn't have before. Which is just silly because pffft. She had everything. But he won't leave her alone, either, and when he does, she hates it. He still needs to pay her attention, regardless of what happened between them, if only so she can ignore him and prove she's past him. Whether she is or not and she's not remains to be seen
( ... )
First and foremost, Lucy loves the Master. She truly, honestly does, even after everything. It's a complicated kind of love, particularly considering Lucy's penchant to make herself believe things, but it certainly isn't fake. There's honest attraction there, as well as reverence, but some of it probably is her telling herself she loves him, especially now that she's betrayed him and receiving the consequences of her actions. She has to tell herself she loves him because otherwise, she'll despair and sink into the same sort of disillusion and insanity she had on the Valiant -- which was, at least to me, another time when she told herself Yes, he still loves me.
Beneath the 'I love Harry,' though, there is a lot of bitterness and anger. He chooses the Doctor over her and she can't stand that. Yes, there is so much history between the Time Lords, but to Lucy, all she can think is I'm here now, pay attention to me. If the Master won't give her forever, he can at least give her now, but that isn't something the Master can or is willing
( ... )
I think the breaking point for her is what he said earlier: that for all she says she loves him and is loyal, there's no way for her to prove it. She hurt him deeply and it's hard to repent for that, but she wants to and she needs to but there's no real way to achieve it, so she drives herself mad trying to work it out in her mind.
He said forgetting is cowardice and she said she won't be a coward, but she'd give every memory she has to earn back his trust.
Btw, I'm not returning the favor because I'm mean. But if you really want, I will tell you...I guess...
I would also add on "any of my other characters", but I don't think they've met, with the exception of Gene trying to arrest Allen. And Dante and Inara, but that's recent.
Diva is Lucy's ho-tastic bff, not gonna lie. She's one of the only true friends Lucy has (mainly because Lucy doesn't make friends, um ... at all) and also like ... the only other person she'll confide in about things. For the glaring differences between the two, they share a lot in common, and Lucy feels comfortable sitting around and chatting with Diva about clothes and shopping and murder and all those other super fun things they chat about. Seeing as Diva is also upper class, she also understands where Lucy's coming from moreso than someone who wasn't raised with money, so it's much easier to them to talk even on that level.
Diva also has ~*~superfab~*~ taste in men -- at least their looks -- because her boytoy is John Simm, as well. She could choose better personalities but eh, Lucy's helping her with that.
Arkham is like, the coolest adult ever and gave Lucy permission to basically be a sociopath. What's not to love?
Seriously. From her brief conversations with him as a child, Lucy quite likes Jeremiah. She doesn't trust him now as an adult and she won't confide in him, but he seems to have an understanding most others don't, and she'd very much like to get to know him better, if only as a like-minded individual.

But aww, Lucy. Well he usually hates her or is annoyed by her more often than he pities her, if that makes a difference?

It does, yeah. He just usually pities her when she least wants/needs it, you know? So it's like a double whammy when he does.
