i just got done watching the passion of the christ. i mean, obviously the movie is about jesus and the crucifixion but i dont understand why it was so widely successful. its something ive seen a million times before. it was nothing new. and if your catholic, it shouldnt be. i thought jim cavizel was a horrible jebes. it looked like he was

i don't think it would have ever gotten the attention it did if it were not for the crazy man behind the film. i think we all know that much.

at the time that movie came out, i was attending greenwood high school.. i actually heard quite a few kids say, "i was saved after i saw the passion..." i wanted to slap them. if someone is going to pick up the faith, their reason shouldn't come from hollywood. oh well.
